Exchange and Return Policy

1. The customer has the right to return or exchange some or all of the products ordered within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. The customer bears the shipping fees in the case of exchange or return.
3. In the case of an exchange, the customer bears the shipping fees for the exchanged product and the new product.
4. In the case of a return based on the customer's request, the customer bears the shipping fees, and only the value of the product will be refunded.
5. The returned product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and not damaged due to the customer's handling. The store will verify this before completing the return process.
6. The customer is responsible for returning the product to the store, either by shipping it or delivering it in person to the store's location. The returned products must reach the store or be handed over to the shipping company within the above-mentioned period.
7. The process of refunding the return amount to the customer takes between three to fourteen days after the store receives the returned product, depending on the method through which the refund will be made.
