Consul for Bags guarantees the products supplied through us against manufacturing defects for up to 10 years on certain items covered by the comprehensive warranty. This warranty is available through our authorized service and warranty centers. We do not cover defects resulting from misuse or deliberate neglect.

- If you experience any issues covered by the warranty, email us at [email protected] and provide details of the problem with photos.
- Request Processing
- Our warranty department will handle your request within a maximum of 3 business days.
- Shipping
- We may send you a shipping label to return the product to our service center.
- Resolution
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will either replace the product or repair it and return it to you.
